We need your help promoting for this year's festival! We will be meeting Sunday, May 25th from 11am to 2pm at Stevens Square Center for the Arts for one last go at flyering.
In order to make sure all of our bases are covered, we will assign small teams to each area of the city and give you posters, flyers and postcards to distribute. This will be a great way to explore a new neighborhood while spreading the word - please shoot me an email (at sarah@redhotart.org) if you can make it that day, and please recruit as many other helpers as you can!
If you are unable to make it on the 25th but would still like to help, let me know and I can send you a digital file of the flyer to print off and distribute on your own accord.
